Conditions for Participation: Subject to Clause 1.10 of the Conditions of Tender (CoT), the Commonwealth will exclude a tender from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that: · the tender does not meet the requirements set out in Clause 2.2.1 of the CoT · the tenderer has not provided a signed Declaration by Tenderer in the form required at Annex A to the CoT. The Commonwealth will exclude a tender from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the tender does not comply with the Commonwealth's security requirements set out in Clause 1.20 of the CoT. The Commonwealth will exclude a tender from further consideration if the Commonwealth considers that the tender does not comply with essential requirements set out in Clause 3.4.2 of the CoT.
