Tender: Emergency Services Contractor, fire, flood, earthquake or some other disaster,Far North, Kaipara and Whangarei Northland

The Contractor will be required to maintain a 24 hour, seven days a week service for the receipt of emergency and health and safety calls.
The Contractor must have the skilled resource available to attend, inspect and arrange works to stabilise the emergency situation, and enable the school to be operating safely, securely and as normally as possible within a short timeframe - ideally 3 days - and provide a comprehensive report on the recommended full reinstatement works and the estimated cost of these works.
The Ministry is seeking tenders from providers that have the necessary skills, qualifications, experience and resource to provide professional advice, and to arrange appropriate action, in relation to state school properties in the Ministry's Northland region where an emergency situation resulting from fire, flood, earthquake or some other disaster has arisen, and/or where a property-related health or safety issue has been identified.
The Ministry's Northland region includes the Far North, Kaipara and Whangarei District Council areas.
