  Due to a planned network outage in the Victoria region, a credible contingency event will result in the South Australia region forming an abnormal frequency island.
  Load may be shed automatically following low frequency in the South Australia region.
  There are sufficient capacity reserves in the South Australia Region but it is the technical characteristics of the capacity reserve plant that impacts on its response.
  - LOR2 declared from 09:45 hrs 3 May 2010 until further notice.
