 The Department and Participating Agencies seek provision of a distributed, state-wide Licence Card production, supply and distribution service. The service includes:
  - provision of equipment and software to capture portrait and signature images from Service Tasmania shops;
  - production of cards at the prospective Tenderer's facility; and
  - manufacture and distribution of cards within the timeframe to the standards and requirements specified by the Department and Participating Agencies.
