  - The Joint Fuels and Lubricants Agency (JFLA), DMO, procures fuels for all ships, aircraft, vehicles and equipment operated by Defence and arranges the supply of fuels and lubricants to Navy, Army and Air Force fuels installations as well as other establishments such as communications installations. The contract will be managed by JFLA.
