Site visits to key Defence establishments in the region will follow on the afternoon of 12 April 2010 and on Tuesday, 13 April 2010. Details of the industry briefing and site visits are provided at Part 2 of this RFT.
- The Commonwealth proposes to award a contract to a single prime contractor to deliver Comprehensive Maintenance Services (CMS) in accordance with the requirements of this Request for Tender (RFT) documentation, for Defence establishments located in the Defence Support Northern NSW region
Description: Defence Support Northern NSW (DS-NNSW) is one of five geographic regions within the Defence Support Group (DSG) that provide a range of support services to Defence. This region incorporates major Defence establishments located at Singleton, Williamtown and Adamstown. The scope of this CMS contract covers the provision of estate maintenance services, along with the provision of a property service centre and management services. Estate maintenance services include the following:
- Performance-based maintenance of Fixed Plant & Equipment;
- General Estate Works Maintenance;
- Engineering Operations;
- Expert advice.
