Description: The Curriculum Council of WA requires a provider to deliver full facilities for online marking of external WACE Examinations. SCOPE: The Curriculum Council requires a provider who can print the question/answer booklets which includes the scanning of marks and document ID's. Strict security and quality assurance processes are to be maintained during the printing of the question/answer booklets. - The Respondent will work with the Curriculum Council on developing the available functionality of the online marking system to ensure the system delivery and the project requirements are in tune with one another. Items will be marked at home by local markers with procedures in place to maximise comparability and reliability. - During the live marking of these examinations, the Respondent will provide a helpline to support markers with any technical queries they may have in relation to the marking system. This will include weekends and after business hours during the week.
