We, William David Jennings, Senior Judge of the Industrial Relations Court of South Australia and Peter Dennis Hannon, President of the Industrial Relations Commission of South Australia, by virtue of the provisions of section 178 of the Fair Work Act 1994 do hereby rescind: - Part VIIAppeals under section 29 (2) Fire and Emergency Services Act and Rules 84, 85, 86, 87 and 88 and make a new Part VIIAppeals under Part 3 Fire and Emergency Services Act and Rules 84, 85, 86, 87 and 88 as attached.
