 - This agreement is to cover the on-going maintenance of the Fire Protection systems of various Hawke's Bay District Health Board (HBDHB) owned/occupied premises. Contractor will be responsible for:
 - All testing, recording, surveys and any required maintenance work as a result of faults, defect or system breakdown that needs to be undertaken in accordance with the requirements contained in the Compliance Schedules, the Building Code and related specifications, including biennial surveys and valve overhauls, etc. This is to be a comprehensive contract to ensure systems remain in compliance at all times
