 In Dec 2009 the he Telecommunications (Interception and Access) Act, ran out, and now the Office of the Attorney General makes it a fixed part of Australian secret police practice -  to allow interception, copying, recording and disclosure of all electronic communications of all persons for “disciplinary action” purpose.
