First 3 of 3 paragraphs shown The Bogan and Lachlan local government areas have been declared an Agricultural Natural Disaster Area, following flooding in the area north west of Condobolin on 27 December - The declaration means that primary producers in the Bogan and Lachlan LGAs whose properties have been affected by this flood will be able to seek assistance. Agricultural Natural Disaster Relief Arrangements provide loans of up to $130,000 at 2.56% per annum with a two year interest and repayment free period, he said. The loans provide for replacement or repairs to property and infrastructure not covered by insurance, including damage to crops and pasture.
