 - the natural disaster declaration means that primary producers in the Glen Irie area whose properties have been affected by these bushfires will be able to seek assistance.
 - Agricultural Natural Disaster Relief Arrangements provide loans of up to $130,000 at 2.56% per annum with a two year interest and repayment free period, Mr Whan said. The loans provide for replacement or repairs to property and infrastructure not covered by insurance, including damage to crops and pasture. Transport subsidies of 50% for fodder, stock water and agistment up to $15,000 are also available, if more than 30% of the property is affected.
