 - MAF Biosecurity New Zealand is the division of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (MAF) that has the lead role in preventing unwanted pests and diseases being imported, and for eradicating or effectively managing them should they arrive. MAF Biosecurity New Zealand intends to establish a panel supply arrangement for the provision of surveillance services. It is envisaged that the panel supply arrangement will support: faster and more efficient procurement for both providers and MAF increased focus on effective delivery, innovation and efficiencies, improved ability to manage risks.
